Show jumping at last year’s Horse Trials

Bringing over 400 international competitors to Oxfordshire, the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials will return for the 18th year in September.

Running over four days, the Trials begin with dressage displays. Designed to test a rider’s accuracy and control, these are followed by show jumping tests, which push the horse and rider’s speed and agility. Lastly, the cross country trials examine stamina and athleticism.

A country and craft fair will run for the duration of the trials, featuring catering tents and the stalls of local farmers selling organic produce. There will also be displays of birds of prey and country trades such as blacksmiths

The Blenheim International Horse Trials will run from 11th to 14th September at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. Pre-booked groups are offered discounts on entry. For more information telephone 01993 813335
