From June to September this year, the Kent resort of Folkestone will stage the Folkestone Triennial Festival – a city wide exhibition and celebration of contemporary art.

Staged every three years, the Festival will give your group the chance to explore the works of a range of prominent contemporary artists such as Tracey Emin, David Batchelor and Mark Wallinger.

Pieces will be set all around the town, where your group can view them throughout the day and night and a temporary visitors centre will be open throughout the Festival, where you can book guided walking tours led by art critics and journalists.

The Folkestone Triennial Festival runs from 14th June to 14th September throughout the town. The event is free to attend, although there is a charge to book a walking tour. For more information telephone 0131 473 2000.
