Loch Shiel Spring Festival

In the scenic highlands of north east Scotland, groups will be able to visit the Loch Shiel Spring Festival, a week long celebration of chamber music, this May.

The festival is directed by violinist, Charles Mutter, who is also the Assistant Leader of the BBC Concert Orchestra, and will feature performances of works by a variety of composers including Schubert and Bruckner.

The events will be located at various venues around Loch Shiel, including the 18th century Glenfinnan House, on the banks of the Loch, and the 19th century Church of St Mary and St Finnan.

Groups can also join the various workshops that will be held throughout the week.

The Loch Spiel Spring Festival will take place from 10th to 16th May at various locations around Loch Shiel and Glenfinnan. Group discounts are negotiable at all performances and workshops. For more information telephone 01397 722334
