The ‘Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharoahs’ exhibition, currently touring the US, will begin a nine-month visit to The O2 (the former Millenium Dome) in London this November.

The exhibition will feature over 130 treasures from the Pharoah’s tomb, including the diadem (a small crown) that encircled his mummified head and the cofinettes that contained his organs.

Several tour operators have been officially appointed to sell packages to the exhibition including Newmarket Travel Services in Surrey. The company is offering a two-day coach package that includes entry to the exhibition.

‘Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharoahs’ runs from 15th November to 30th August 2008 at The O2. Discounts are offered to groups of 10 or more. For further information telephone 0844 847 1605.
