Catering for the groups market

Iain Duncan has been employed as Group Marketing Manager for London-based Spaghetti House restaurants, a group of family-run Italian-style eateries in 10 (soon to be 11) locations in the city, ideally placed for groups visiting West End theatres.

Duncan joins the senior management team from Hard Rock Cafe where he worked for the last five years as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager.

Within his new position, he will be promoting the group catering facilities available at the restaurants, which can seat up to 120 people at one sitting and offer set group menus across two price bands.

He is also hoping to build on existing business partnerships with ticketing agencies such as Encore and Group Line, with whom the company has developed bespoke menus that form part of a meal deal package.
