Stuart Harding, founder of Hertfordshire-based company Theatre Breaks, which specialises in West End theatre packages, has retired after 28 years.

He hands the company over to his son, Simon Harding, who has worked for the company for the past 24 years.

In his new role, Harding hopes to introduce new hotels and theatres, discounted rail travel and exclusive add-ons such as meet-the-cast opportunities to packages, to heighten the experience for groups.
