Royal Caribbean Cruises has announced three new promotions within its management teams. Jo Rzymowska is now Managing Director for the UK and Ireland; Robin Shaw becomes Vice President, Managing Director for Europe; and Sarah Newman has been promoted to Regional Vice President, Commercial Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The team is particularly focused on the sales and marketing side of the business and is hoping to increase its presence in the group travel market.
