The Wigan-based Shearings Group has had a restructure, which has seen the business split into two divisions – Holidays and Hotels.

Graham Rogers (left), former Director of National Holidays has been promoted to MD Holidays and will oversee all operations relating to the Shearings Holidays, National Holidays and Caledonian Travel brands.

Meanwhile, Vince Flower (right), the Shearings Group’s former Chief Operating Officer has been appointed MD Hotels and will develop a new stand-alone hotel brand to operate alongside the existing Coast & Country three-star hotel range.
