Blackpool has unveiled new facilities for coach passengers.

The New Bonny Coach Facility has been designed following feedback from coach operators wanting easier access for drivers dropping off and collecting visitors in the town centre.

Situated on New Bonny Street, the drop-off bay complements six pick up bays located in the adjacent Central Station Car Park and the layover parking bays at Central Coach Park near Chapel Street where drivers can wait between journeys.

The drop off point is within easy reach of many town centre amenities including Blackpool Tower, the Hounds Hill Shopping Centre and the SeaLife Centre.

It is also near the town’s main bus routes, taxi ranks and the promenade.

Coach operators can book the pick up facility in advance.
