Edwards Coaches, the coach operator based in Pontypridd in Wales, is celebrating its ‘Best Coach of the Year’ win at the 53rd annual Brighton Coach Rally, which took place last month.

The company entered one of its five new 49-seater Setra Tri Axle coaches, delivered just two days before the Rally took place, which underwent a thorough inspection by a panel of judges on the first day of the event before the award was presented later in the day.

Coach operators from all over the UK competed for the title; however, the extra legroom and extensive onboard facilities of Edwards’ new vehicle proved a hit and made the company the first ever Welsh coach operator to win the award.
