Current coach parking in London

Improvements to London coach parking will soon be underway with Transport for London (TfL) announcing that work on new central London parking bays will begin this autumn. Plans to increase the operational hours for certain bays have also been considered and should come into force in 2009.

The new bays will be situated by major London attractions, with new parking being added behind the Tate Gallery and on Bridge Place near Victoria Station in Westminster. There will also be a new drop-off and pick-up point added on Millbank.

TfL will also start planning procedures to increase the operational hours at other parking bays in the capital this autumn. These will include a scheme to increase the hours of operation for coach parking on Buckingham Palace Road to 24 hours a day.
