Stoke-on-Trent-based Bakers Coaches took possession of two new Scania Berkoff coaches in November, bringing the number of vehicles in its fleet to over 40.

Besides 55 seats, washroom facilities and onboard entertainment systems, the two new vehicles feature side-mounted wheelchair lifts. The lifts give easy access to the vehicles for two wheelchairs.

The company is currently running the vehicles on its scheduled holiday packages, which are available to groups, and also intends to use them for contract hire on its private group trips when necessary. Group discounts are also available.
