Inside Welcome Break’s new Cardiff site

Motorway services operator Welcome Break has recently opened a £650,000 facility situated at Cardiff Gate, on Junction 30 of the M4.

The new development, which is the company’s 26th UK site, features several eateries, such as Burger King and Coffee Primo, a WH Smith and Gamezone area. There are full washroom conveniences and provision for 12 coaches in its parking area, with overflow places available if necessary.

It has also published ‘Good Enough to Eat,’ a guide to the food and drink available at its sites. The book is divided into sections, including where to go for a light lunch or hot food and lists information on the availability of food to meet special requirements, such as the availability of Halal or vegetarian meals.
