Plymouth Citycoach, based in Devon, announced this June that it is to continue trading as a result of customer pressure after plans for its closure.

It was announced in February that parent company Plymouth Citybus was planning to sell its coach division due to difficult trading conditions.

After the announcement was made, passengers contacted management at Plymouth Citybus and successfully urged them to keep the business going.

Plymouth Citycoach will continue running as usual, offering continental and UK touring holidays and day trips, including visits to Christmas Markets and West End theatre performances, as well as a private hire service for groups.
