My goodness, my Guinness
The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, Ireland, has undergone a £3.6m enhancement to introduce several new features.
Developments initially began last year with the addition of a new wing housing a recreation of the modern Guinness brewing processes, as well as an opportunity for up to 100 visitors each week to ‘Start the Brew’ of Guinness by operating a computer linked to the nearby Guinness Brew House.
Now further developments have just been completed including an extension to the retail shop, a new glass atrium designed to look like a giant Guinness pint glass and a new ‘Exit Experience’ where visitors walk amongst clear screens filled with flowing Guinness.
The Storehouse offers discounts on admission to pre-booked groups as well as fast-track entry to avoid queues.
