Plans have been announced to build a Disney-style theme park in Rome, Italy, themed on the city’s ancient landmarks – such as the Colosseum -and how they might have looked during the time of the Roman Empire.

The attraction will be built on a 2,000-acre site on the outskirts of Rome and will cost an estimated £5.5 million.
