This month saw the launch of 17 new escorted tours by Middlesex-based tour operator, Collette Worldwide Holidays including two Peruvian trips. The company is now also offering GTOs a commission for any trips booked independently by their members.

The 17-day ‘Machu Picchu and Galapagos Islands’ tour takes you to the Peruvian capital of Lima then to the city of Cuzco. From here you take a train through the Andes to the Inca city of Machu Picchu, before flying to the Galapagos Islands to join the cruise ship, Galapagos Legend.

Meanwhile, on the 14-day ‘Cultures of Peru’ tour you can learn more about the ancient world of the Incas at the ruins of Machu Picchu, Chan Chan and the Royal Tombs of Sipan.

The company’s new World Connect scheme, meanwhile, allows GTOs who recommend Collette’s holidays to group members who then book individually to claim commission. It also gives the person who books a discount on their trip.
