Holiday village operator Centre Parcs has announced a three-year franchise agreement with chef Aldo Zilli to create new cafes within its Aqua Sana spas.

Zilli Cafes will replace the existing Conservatory Cafe outlets and will offer healthy fish and pasta dishes prepared in front of spa guests.

The first Zilli Cafe will open at Wiltshire’s Longleat Forest, in November, followed by three more cafes by summer 2009.
