Discover 'hidden gardens' in Lincolnshire
Lincolnshire Tourism are now offering group itineraries
that will allow visitors unrestricted access to gardens usually open to the public only a few days each year.
The suggested itineraries include formal gardens, country gardens and nurseries; however, depending on interests, groups can combine any of the gardens to suit their particular needs.
Gardens featured in the itineraries include Harrington Hall, with its six acres of Tudor and 18th century gardens and Normanby Hall, set in 300 acres of parkland and woodland.
Groups should book directly with each venue concerned and must pay a small entry fee to each garden. Guided tours with the owners or head gardeners can be arranged free of charge.
