First class rail menus

The rail operator National Express East Coast recently introduded a range of gourmet menus for first class travellers on its services which currently run between London Kings Cross and Scotland.

The new menus include breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes ranging from eggs florentine to sea bream and sun dried tomato risotto. They also feature a tea time option with sandwiches, scones and jam as well as a variety of new drinks including cocktails such as kir royales and vodka martinis.
