Restoring Leighton House
Leighton House Museum, in London, is to undergo a £1.3 million restoration project from October.
It will include an upgrading of the central heating system in order to provide the best conditions for the preservation of its artwork and restoration of the decor to resemble how it might have looked in its heyday.
The House will re-open in October 2009.
