One of the displays that forms part of the Caribbean Rum Experience

Wine tasting attraction Vinopolis, in London, has unveiled its new Authentic Caribbean Rum Experience, which allows visitors to sample a range of golden and dark rums and learn more about the heritage, provenance and passion behind the spirit.

A range of exhibits feature as part of the Experience, which traces the process of rum production from the sugar cane plantations through to the cocktail glass.

For instance, interactive LCD screens allow you to learn more about Caribbean rum brands and how to make rum-based cocktails, whilst a traditional distillery setting gives you the opportunity to take in the science behind the fermentation and maturation process.

All tours are self-guided and groups qualify for a 10% discount.
