Guided group tours of the massive Bull Shoals Dam in northern Arkansas recently went on offer through the Bull Shoals White River State Park near Lakeview City.

The tours take you deep inside the dam, which holds back the 45,440-acre Bull Shoals Lake, to explore its 60-year history and the engineering challenges its creators faced. You will also be able to see its eight massive generators, which produce enough power to light a city the size of Manchester.
