Conference Aston, the conference facilities marketing department for Birmingham’s Aston University, will be offering GTOs the chance to enter a free prize draw at its stand to win over £70 worth of chocolate.

The department will also be promoting the accommodation the university provides for groups as well as the facilities and discounts it has on offer.

Located in the centre of the city, the venue has over 160 ensuite rooms available throughout the year. Packages can include full or half board, or self-catering during the University’s summer holiday periods. There is a 24 hour reception and groups staying at the venue can make use of its gymnasium and pool.
