INTECH Science Centre in Winchester

Visitors to the Winchester Attractions Partnership stand at next year’s Excursions will be able to explore the range of possibilities the town offers groups and meet representatives from all of the attractions involved in the Partnership, who will be eager to tell them about new developments and provide information for prospective first time visitors.

The partnership includes INTECH Science Centre, Winchester Cathedral, The Great Hall and Round Table, Winchester City Mill, Marwell Zoological Park and the Royal Armouries Fort Nelson.

INTECH Science Centre will be keen to talk to GTOs about the possibilities for groups at its new Planetarium, which opened this month, and is believed to be the largest in the UK.

Additionally, new events for 2008, such as Winchester�s Year of Heroes, which will see several of the partners holding exhibitions on famous or inspirational people from Winchester will be promoted.

Staff will also be on hand to answer any general questions that you may have about the city.
