Great Days Out Fair Preview

The Great Days Out Fair will return to the Premier Suite of the Reebok Stadium, in Bolton, on 2nd February 2008.

Last year’s event saw more than 150 exhibitors taking part, from popular visitor attractions to regional tourism bodies, and welcomed more than 2,000 visitors through its doors. Several new exhibitors have already signed up for the event, along with some familiar names from previous years.

The event is organised by Marketing Manchester and attracts exhibitors from all over the UK including Scotland, Wales, the Midlands and, indeed, exhibitors from the north-west region itself.

The event is a great way for GTOs to learn about new and exciting opportunities for group trips and many exhibitors offer special discounts on the day for GTOs who book a group visit to the attraction.

Having proved popular in the past, the event will once again be hosting cookery demonstrations from regional celebrity chefs and half-hourly prize draws, giving you the chance to win weekend breaks and tasty food hampers.

There will also be a performance from one of the stars of the West End musical ‘The Sound of Music’ and free cups of tea and biscuits will be handed out, courtesy of Lancashire Tea.
