Hands on at Blakemere
Cheshire-based attraction, Blakemere Shopping Experience, will be attending the Great Days Out Fair next month, to promote its group itineraries.
The site offers activities including card making, pottery and chocolate making courses at some of its 30 outlet stores. Falconry Experience Days are also available at the on-site Falconry Centre, which include a birds of prey display and a chance to handle the creatures yourselves. Itineraries can be tailor-made for groups and can include a meal in The Paddocks restaurant, an area set to undergo a re-vamp in March. In the same month, work will also begin on a new coffee shop.
In addition, representatives at the stand will be promoting its themed events, which are regularly hosted at the site. These currently include craft fairs, antique fairs and farmers markets; however, it is hoped that the programme will be developed further for 2008.
