At the Fairhaven Hotel

Weymouth was the destination for a recent weekend break organised by Pamela Warman, GTO for the Tongham Travellers, from Surrey.

As with previous trips, she booked the holiday through Cambridge-based T4 Travel. Pamela says, “T4 Travel is brilliant.”

The group of 50 stayed at the Fairhaven Hotel. She explains, “It was great as we didn’t have to pay any single supplements on rooms.”

During the stay, the group rode the Seaton Tramway followed by afternoon tea at Otter Nurseries, in Ottery St Mary, as well as visiting Forde Abbey and Gardens, in Somerset. Some of the group even watched the ‘Weymouth Beach Motorcross’ event. She concludes, “It was a lovely weekend enjoyed by all.”
