Molly and George Mann are GTOs for the Writtle Travel Group in Chemlsford, Essex. “Our trips are really open to anyone and we especially like to give those who are widowed the confidence to go away. Our motto is ‘friends amongst friends’,” says Molly.

This May, a group of 49 people enjoyed a five-day holiday with Torquay-based Daish’s Travel. “We have been on a number of trips with the company but this was the first time we had stayed at the firm’s Shanklin Hotel on the Isle of Wight,” explains Molly. “I couldn’t fault the hotel or the coaches provided by Daishs.”

Excursions were available on every day of the group’s stay and destinations visited included Ventnor as well as the attraction Waltzing Waters near Ryde. “This was lovely,” says Molly. “The displays of water set to music and lights was very interesting.”

She continues, “I would recommend Daishs to any group organiser and we already plan to going away with the company twice next year, to Bournemouth and Newquay.”
