I have recently taken over the role of group organiser from a gentleman who had been in the role for many years and only now do I fully appreciate how difficult the task is.

In particular I am having problems recruiting new members to the group. I have tried using notice boards at my office and at a local museum, however this has not lead to much success. I was therefore wondering if your readers had any advice on the best ways to advertise.
